1. Shipping Policy

  • Processing Time: As a small business, we aim to process and ship orders within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Please note that processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, and other factors. Custom and pre-orders are subject to a longer time frame for delivery, which will be communicated from Elly Elly Studio at the time of purchase.

  • Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping methods, including standard and expedited shipping, depending on your location and shipping preferences. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

  • Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if applicable. You can use this information to track the status of your package and estimated delivery date.

  • Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship to the following countries in the European Union (EU): Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

2. Return and Exchange Policy

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your return.
